Governance: Supervisor Training
California state law AB1825, which is part of the Fair Employment and Housing Act, first became effective August 17, 2007. The legislation mandates state-wide Supervisor Anti-Harassment, Discrimination and Retaliation training for any employee who supervises a minimum of one individual, regardless of their actual title, within a company of 50 employees or more. BETARMA provides this training to all appropriate personnel every two years to meet the requirements of the law.
The Supervisor Anti-Harassment, Discrimination and Retaliation training certificates are provided below for the most recently completed period which ended on December 31, 2017. As required, these records will be retained at least five years after completion of the training.
