Ms. Grisbach works in our Glendale office and supports the clinical risk management needs of BETA members and insureds across the state of California. With close to two decades of experience in emergency/trauma nursing and administration, her passions are emergency medicine and disaster response. Ms. Grisbach's background as a mobile intensive care nurse and paramedic liaison in Los Angeles and Kern counties has given her great insight into the challenges experienced by both base station and receiving hospitals.

Ms. Grisbach has been with BETA Healthcare Group since 2006 and was previously a Legal Nurse Consultant as well as a hospital-based risk manager for five facilities. In that role, like many risk managers at member facilities, she took on additional responsibilities for compliance, privacy and as a patient safety officer.
