BETA Healthcare Group supports timely, transparent full disclosure as the most ethical and effective response to a serious adverse event. As such, we endorse the position and recommendations of the Institute for Healthcare Improvement (IHI) Innovation Series White Paper, “Respectful Management of Serious Clinical Adverse Events” and support development of an organizational plan for responding to adverse events.
