Purpose/Learning Objectives

At the conclusion of this symposium, each participant should be able to:

  • Recognize how bedside clinical teaching skills can be applied to teach via medical simulation
  • Describe how medical simulation with video debriefing can be used to teach the principles of Crew Resource Management (CRM)
  • Identify at least three key quality and safety techniques
