To download a file, right-click the link then choose Save Target As (or Save Link As) from the pop-up menu. In the Save As dialog box, select a location on your computer, then click Save.

You will need Adobe Reader® to view PDF files. If you don't have Adobe Reader®, it can be downloaded for free from Adobe's website.
