Limits of liability:
$1 million up to $40 million per occurrence (professional liability, general liability, and employee benefits administration liability)
$500,000 per occurrence/$1 million aggregate (pollution liability sub-limit)
$500,000 per occurrence/$500,000 aggregate (fire and water damage legal liability)
Deductibles:
$1,000 to $500,000
Deductibles offered on both indemnity only and indemnity and defense expenses basis
Coverage features:
Defense costs paid by BETA Healthcare Group in addition to the limit of liability (except pollution liability)
