Our directors and officers liability coverage contract is designed for hospitals and other healthcare facilities.

Coverage includes:

• Directors and officers liability
• Employment practices liability

Coverage form offered:

• Claims-made and reported (with optional prior acts and tail coverage)

Coverage provided by:

• BHG Risk Management Authority—A.M. Best rating: A- (Excellent); FSC VIII

Limits of liability:

• $1 million up to $10 million per occurrence. Defense costs are included within the liability limits.

Deductible options:

• $5,000
• $10,000
• $25,000
• $50,000
• $75,000
• $100,000
• Copayment options (applicable to defense costs and indemnity payments) are also available for the employment practices liability coverage only.

Coverage features:

• Entity coverage
• Duty to defend covered claims and to advance defense expenses on behalf of the member
