• BHG Risk Management Authority—A.M. Best rating: A- (Excellent)

Limits of liability:

• $1 million up to $40 million combined single limit of liability for bodily injury and property damage
• Uninsured/underinsured motorist coverage limit of $1 million
• Medical payments of $5,000 per accident
• Hired/non-owned auto coverage of $1 million per occurrence up to $40 million

Deductibles:

• $250 comprehensive
• $500 collision
