From the San Francisco International Airport:
- Take CA-101 North to San Francisco
- CA-101 merges to become I-80 in San Francisco
- Take I-80 East across the San Francisco/Oakland Bay Bridge
- At the far end of the bridge, stay to the right and merge onto I-580 East, and then onto Highway 24 East
- Go through the Caldecott Tunnel and continue for approximately 10 miles until Highway 24 merges with I-680
- Take I-680 South approximately five miles to Alamo, and exit on Stone Valley Road West
- Turn right off the offramp onto Stone Valley Road
- Turn left at the first light onto Danville Boulevard
- After approximately four blocks, BETA Healthcare Group will be on your right in a brown two-story building with a large oak tree in front
From the Oakland International Airport:
- From the airport, take the primary street to the freeway, I-80
- Take I-80 east for approximately 15 miles, then head eastbound on Highway 24
- Go through the Caldecott Tunnel and continue for approximately 10 miles until Highway 24 merges with I-680
- Take I-680 South approximately five miles to Alamo, and exit on Stone Valley Road West
- Turn right off the offramp onto Stone Valley Road

From Sacramento:
- Take I-80 West past Vacaville and Fairfield to I-680 South
- Take I-680 South towards San Jose
- Continue on I-680 South over the Benicia Bridge for approximately 30 miles
- Approximately five miles south of Walnut Creek, take the Stone Valley Road West exit
- Turn right off the offramp onto Stone Valley Road
- Turn left at the first light onto Danville Boulevard
