Our Senior Staff: Michael Willard, CPA, CFP

Vice President and Chief Financial Officer

Mr. Willard is responsible for the financial and administrative operations of BETA Healthcare Group. This includes financial reporting, cash management, disbursements, capital acquisitions, audits and other financial liaison activities. He is also responsible for the business plan and budget process and the establishment of internal controls. Mr. Willard has more than 30 years of financial management, accounting and auditing experience. Before joining BETA Healthcare Group in 1997, he held key positions with Blue Cross of California, Sedgwick James and Aetna Health Plans. Prior to joining Blue Cross, he spent five years with Coopers & Lybrand. He has a Bachelor of Arts degree in business administration from San Francisco State University. He is a Certified Public Accountant and a Certified Financial Planner.
