Our Senior Staff: Debbie Verdream

Director, Human Resources Department

Ms. Verdream has over 25 years of experience in the field of human resources, with an extensive background in salary and benefit administration, legal compliance, training, recruiting, counseling, conflict resolution, performance evaluation processes and employee communications. Her career started with Emery Worldwide as a staffing and development specialist, followed by three years of managing human resources for Mercedes Benz Credit Corporation. She then spent 15 years at a certified public accounting firm where she was the national director of human resources and then director of human resources and administration. Ms. Verdream attended Fairfield University in Fairfield, Connecticut.
