Our Senior Staff: Audrey Kauffman, AIC

Vice President, Information Services Department

Ms. Kauffman oversees the BHG Information Services Department and is responsible for meeting the technological needs of BETA Healthcare Group. She has worked extensively with legal contracts and computer hardware and software since 1987 and has expertise in data analysis, user training and support, network configuration, website design, remote connectivity and database construction. Ms. Kauffman first began her affiliation with BETA Healthcare Group in 1991 through employment with ARISCO as a professional liability representative. She subsequently worked as a senior professional liability representative and M.I.S. claims analyst. Prior to her employment with BETA Healthcare Group, she worked as a computer specialist and translation editor for the overseas legal department of a multinational corporation in Japan. She has a Bachelor of Arts degree in political science from Vassar College and an Associate in Claims designation from the Insurance Institute of America.
