Our Senior Staff: April Johnson, J.D., CPHRM

Claims Manager

Ms. Johnson is responsible for the supervision of the claims staff in the Glendale and San Diego branch offices of BETA Healthcare Group. Since 1993, she has been defending and handling professional liability, wrongful employment practices and general liability claims, both as a defense lawyer and as a claims professional. Before joining BETA Healthcare Group in 1999, she was a senior associate with a large national insurance defense law firm, specializing in medical professional liability and wrongful employment practices litigation. She has a Bachelor of Science degree in business administration from San Diego State University and a Juris Doctor from University of San Diego School of Law. She is a certified professional in healthcare risk management (CPHRM).
